The construction started in 1923, the functioning started in 1926 and in the same year the first Czech president T. G. Masaryk visited the spa and the building was named in his honour.
The rooms for accommodation are ensuite, with TV sets, refrigerators, a telephone, and a radio alarm clock.
At the present time the villa provides accommodation and procedures.
Boarding for TEP clients is provided in TEP eating room in Masaryk's House.
