In 2004 Velichovky Spa company implemented and have been using the system of quality management, obtained a certification corresponding to the norms ISO 9001 a 14001 as one of the first companies in the field of spa treatment - in providing spa cure (physiatry, balneology, medical rehabilitation, including accommodation and restaurant services).

The management of Velichovky Spa company accepted, in the field of providing spa health care, following policy of an effective company management provision.

The essential implementation of the permanent system improving principles, quality of work and environment protection in every day activities becomes the basic activity of our company.

In accordance to its policy the company commits:

• To increase quality and variety of offered spa services regarding to the maximal satisfaction of the clients.
• To improve standard and the quality in way to reach the European standard by modernizing and reconstructing the spa plants and spa accommodation services step by step.
• To assure the adequate profit in a such way to secure the future development of company
• To execute all valid law regulations and other claims related to the subject of activity and to the environment protection
• To keep and improve the integrated system of management according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• To participate in the process of permanent improving of standing processes, to set the aims every year and target values based on the results of previous year and progress tendention
• To educate the employees permanently, share the experiences and increase their consciousness in the questions of company´s services and environment protection
